"In an exhibition of six days, I filled six 54 liter yeast brew bottles of brewing bear (one bottle per day). I started the brewing process in the morning before the exhibition opened by putting too much sugar and yeast in the bottle with the beer kit resulting that the bottle poured foam from it's waterlock all day. The highest level of activity in this foam curve was around 15:00-16:00 in the afternoon. The foam was lead in plastic tubes into buckets on the floor. In the bucket were microphones which electronically amplified the sound of the foam in to a speaker on the wall."
