In an exhibition that took six days, I filled six 54 liter yeast brew bottles of brewing bear(one bottle a day). I worked in the morning before the exhibition opened and started the brewing process. I put way too much sugar and yeast in the bottle with the beer kit resulting in that the bottle poured foam from it's waterlock all day. The highest point in the curve was around 15:00-16:00 in the afternoon. I lead the foam in the plastic tubes into buckets on the floor. In the bucket there were microphones which electronically amplified the sound of the foam in to a big speaker on the wall.
