No air in and out except for the entrance. Inside was a 54 liter glas bottle on a table filled with potatoes and home-made 40% alcohol(moonshine). Viewers were allowed to taste the marinated potatoe snaps if they wanted to, but most people settled for the overwhelming strong smell that stayed in the installation space
